Stirling Distillery
Stirling’s first legal distillery open now in the shadow of Stirling Castle. Open daily for tours, tastings and a weekly gin school
Situated at the foot of Stirling's beautiful castle, Stirling Distillery opened in Summer 2019. The distillery offers informative guided tours and tastings every day. Our tour guides will talk you through Stirling's dark and dramatic history, the transformation of the building and an in-depth look at distilling and bottling. You will finish your tour with a complete tasting session at our unique tasting tables.
We are open Monday - Sunday from 10am.
*Children and dogs are welcome on our tours at no extra charge. The children will be offered a free mocktail and bowls of water will be available for dogs. However, please advise us in advance so we can accommodate everyone.
