Clyde Sea Lochs Eco Tourism Familiarisation Trip
09:30 - 15:45
The Clyde Sea Lochs Trail links coastal communities on the southwestern edge of the National Park, and leads you on a fascinating and scenic journey of discovery. An ideal trip to promote to your guests.
To assist visitors there are 13 attractive panels sited at points of interest or viewpoints and they are packed with interesting information about the Clyde Sealochs- their origins, scenery, wildlife and communities. Many of the panels have information about nearby walking routes and for geocaching enthusiasts there is a set of associated caches.
This familiarisation trip, aimed at businesses, forms part of the ecotourism project organised by Friends of Loch Lomond & the Trossachs and is aimed at raising awareness of the rich natural and cultural heritage on your doorstep.
