Destinations in Loch Lomond

There are lots of towns and villages to explore within Loch Lomond and the Clyde Sea Lochs. Find useful information on how to get to Loch Lomond, ways to travel within the destination, things to see and do and places to stay in Loch Lomond.

West and North

Discover Arden,  Ardlui,  Arrochar,  Luss and Tarbet. The scenic spectacle draws visitors north along the A82, beyond The Carrick, the superb golf course at Arden. Many make a stop at the attractive estate village of Luss.

East Villages

Stop at Rowardennan for picnics or a walk. Further south is Balmaha with its boatyard offering cruises and trips. Climb Conic Hill from here via the West Highland Way for a superb view across the Loch Lomond islands.
