Fun for all the Family at Loch Lomond Shores this September Weekend

5 Star retail and visitor complex Loch Lomond Shores, Balloch, has activities to keep everyone entertained this September Weekend.

Its schedule of family-friendly events starts on Saturday 26th and runs until Monday 28th September.

Inside the Mall, little ones can tap into their creativity at the free arts and crafts station on Sunday 27th. Face painting, glitter tattoos and balloon twisting all take place on Monday 28th. New this month is the Adventure Kitchen, a new café specialising in fresh, healthy food and cakes.

Outside, visitors can take in panoramic views of the loch while enjoying family-friendly activities. These include the popular Drakes of Hazard Dog & Duck Show in the Meadow. This free crowd-pleasing event has three performances throughout the day.

Other activities include The Wee Heilan Man Adventure Golf and the Bird of Prey Centre. Those with more adventurous tastes should try the aerial adventure course, TreeZone. Thrill-seekers can also check out Can You Experience, the outdoor activity specialists based at Loch Lomond Shores.

Clare Gemmell, General Manager, said: “We’ve put together a fantastic variety of free events that we hope our visitors will enjoy this September Weekend. Whether you’re looking to entertain the kids or enjoy some shopping and a relaxing lunch, Loch Lomond Shores is the perfect setting for a great day out.”
