  • About

The popular Farmer’s Market, which hosts over 19 stalls, visits Loch Lomond Shores, Balloch, on the first and third Sunday of each month from 10am - 4pm.

Products are locally produced and customers can find everything they need to stock their cupboards from Arran cheese, which is a handmade slow matured creamy cheddar cheese, to Nethergate Larder and their range of beef, lamb and pork all naturally reared at their farm.  You might even discover something new such as Winston Churchill’s wild Scottish venison which is well worth a try.

There are also some unique products which you might not expect to see, and probably didn’t even know such things were produced around Loch Lomond, like Lomond Chilli’s varied range of chilli sauces to suit everyone whether your taste buds are mild or wild?

But don’t worry, it’s not all healthy, for those with the ailment of a sweet tooth, there are plenty of tasty treats from the likes of The Ochil Fudge Pantry, Threepwood Fayre, Crystal Shortbreads, and Fiona Brown Home baking.

It’s not only foodstuff you will find at the Loch Lomond Shores Farmers Market, it also boasts handcrafted cold processed vegan soaps and cleansing products from Caurnie Soaperie, and Gourmet Dog Treats which are made free from gluten and wheat plus lactose free milk and cheese which are gentle on furry tummies. Plus many more unique items!
