Appletree is just over a year old and still feels like it is brand new.

The bright, spacious and well equipped open plan living area accomodates a lounge area, dining area, breakfast bar and kitchen with two ovens (one combi), dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer / drier and many other accessories.     The open plan living area has biomass underfloor heating and huge picture windows -

Set in its own gardens which are mostly laid to lawn the cottage has a private patio accessible through a large sliding door from the living space for alfresco dining.even on wet days it is wonderful to sit and look out at the stunning view.

The living area, downstairs bedroom and patio are all on the one level with plenty of room to navigate a wheelchair.

Positioned within south end the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park the cottage is ideally situated for great days out  (see the blog on our website www.lomondappletree.co.uk)
